Support Main Street Arts & Our Fall AppealEvery week, in our theater, art room, or around a lunch table, we witness our mission in action where diverse arts experiences are strengthening personal growth and community well-being. Thank YOU for supporting Main Street Arts to fulfill this mission. With your gifts, MSA is a vibrant and accessible community arts center in northern Windham County. |
As the end of the year approaches, MSA is asking itself big questions: At this moment in our country’s history, are we reaching the people who need the arts the most? Does everyone know MSA is here to serve them with creative community experiences? Who has not signed up for a class due to lack of funds, or the idea of the arts not for them?
We need your support to reach those most in need! Your gift to MSA will sustain and expand accessibility to our programming through:
● Offering free arts classes at local gathering places, including the Our Place Drop-In Center and Bellows Falls Senior Center
● Free creative aging courses for seniors, enhancing their quality of life through artistic expression
● Scholarships for participants in our tuition-based classes and summer camps, allowing all community members, young and old, to try new things or deepen their craft.
Looking ahead to 2026, grant funds MSA received in the past are more competitive or unavailable. In 2025, MSA served more than 3,186 community members, offered more than 50 events and classes in theater, music, and visual arts and paid for 34 high quality teaching artists. Funds also support our two part time staff and the maintenance of our historic building. We rely on your support to continue this level of programming.
Please donate today to support our vision! Your contribution of $100 can provide one scholarship, while $500 supports construction of a set for a youth theater production. Recurring monthly donations provide reliable income that helps us plan an upcoming season. Every donation makes a difference and brings us closer to our fall goal of $35,000.
We believe that expression and connection are central to building the resilient communities we need at this exact moment in our society’s history. When you give, you sustain this center of joyful resilience. We’re grateful to have you as part of our MSA family and look forward to seeing you at a show!
Warm regards,
Ashley Storrow, Executive Director
