String Band

The Main Street Arts String Band accepts any instrumentalist who is looking for a group playing experience. The music played is mainly traditional fiddle tunes and folk music and the main criterion is enthusiasm. All ages are welcome in this group, and the composition of the band is likely to change with each session. Jill Newton, local fiddler and square dance musician, leads the group.
