Community Lunch
The Council on Aging's monthly Community Lunch has been moved to the Harvest Moon. Participants purchase tickets in advance for $3.50 at Main Street Arts, allowing them to order from the menu. Tickets on sale now for the next lunch!

Strength Training
Meeting twice a week, the group works on osteoporosis prevention through weight training. Weight training also helps to improve balance and enhance energy and well-being. The group is open to any adult, especially men and women over 50. There is no charge for this class. Besides exercise, the group provides fellowship. This program is on-going.
Tuesdays - 9:30 - 10:30 AM, led by Marilyn Miller
Fridays - 9:00 - 10:00 AM, led by Barbara Stickney
Ex-Sighted Artists
We continue to host the Ex-Sighted Artists program for the visually impaired on a monthly basis. If you'd like to work with this group, please call MSA at 802-869-2960 to join them on the fourth Monday of every month. |
